Anyone can claim that quality and security are top priorities. We prefer to have it proven: an independent, accredited body audits our organisation and verifies that our way of working truly meets international standards. The result? We hold two certificates: ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 27001 for information security.
Where our devices come from matters just as much. We buy them directly through our own trade-in platform, from businesses and private individuals. Every device is registered upon intake, so its origin is always traceable. That way you can be sure your refurbished device has a clean history, and we keep stolen hardware out of our supply chain.
ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management. The certificate doesn't mean a company never makes mistakes – it means its processes are set up so that mistakes are rare, spotted quickly and turned into lasting improvements.
For us, that means among other things: every device goes through the same fixed testing and inspection steps before it reaches you, service requests follow a clearly defined path with agreed turnaround times, and complaints are not only resolved but also analysed to prevent them from happening again. An external auditor checks every year that we actually work this way.
ISO 27001 is the international standard for information security. The certificate confirms that we systematically identify and manage risks to data – both our company's and our customers' – from access management to backups and incident procedures.
For you, this is what matters most: when you hand in a used phone, laptop or tablet, we irreversibly erase all stored data following a certified procedure. For each device, you receive a data erasure certificate as proof. Whatever was on your device stays yours – permanently.
Our certificates are publicly available. You can find them here:
